JUNIOR CONTROLLER

Type of working contract: Fix-term (18-24 months)

The Junior Controller will help in the taking control of the business (e.g. cash control, ensure all key processes are working, reporting), ensure integration of the target with the company and application of best practices.

The Junior Controller will be working in Chennai, India, where the financial team together with some other functions of the acquired business sit (e.g. purchasing, logistics, HR), but reporting directly to the Corporate Strategy and Financial Officer, based in the company’s Headquarters in Barcelona.

Some travel may be required to Nigeria and Ghana (African HQ.

Personal Profile

• 30+ years old
• Over 3 years of experience in controlling functions, with full responsibility over a specific business (unit/ category,…)
• Ideally, experience integrating companies (directly or indirectly)
• Fluent English is a must. French and/ or Spanish will be an asset

Educational background

• MBA preferably

Other (preferably)

• European origin
• Knowledge of Indian/ African culture ideally

Willing to relocate to Africa (Lagos/ Accra/ Abidjan) in the mid-term (2 years aprox)
